About the Scholarship

This scholarship is open to U.S. undergraduate students of American Indian or Alaskan Native descent who are enrolled in California or Oregon institutions and have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Students must be majoring in natural resource management, environmental studies, public health, economic development, or social sciences. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be registered as a member of a federal or state recognized tribe, OR be a descendant of at least one grandparent or parent who is an enrolled tribal member. (Alaska Natives may use Native Corporation membership.) Must be enrolled full time in an accredited public or private (non-profit) college or university. Must be a current undergraduate student. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Must be enrolled at a college/university in California or Oregon.
