Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must be a high school senior who will earn a diploma or GED by the start of the upcoming school year. Must enroll full time. Must reside in Caledonia, Essex, Orange, Orleans, or Windsor counties in Vermont.
