Eligibility Criteria
This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be a current or former 4-H member who has participated in the North Carolina 4-H Youth Development Program. Must plan to enroll full time. Must be a resident of North Carolina. Must be planning to enroll as a college freshman. Must enroll at North Carolina State University.
