Eligibility Criteria
Must be a high school senior at the time of application. Must be a full-time student (minimum of 12 credit hours). Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Must be a graduate from Riverside High School in West Virginia. Must be a resident of West Virginia. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must have an ACT score of 20 or higher.
