About the Scholarship
The Eunice & Joe B. Friedel Graham High School Scholarship is available for graduating seniors at Graham High School in Graham, Texas. To be eligible for this award, applicants must have overcome some form of adversity such as blindness or some other physical or mental impairment, a learning disability, some language or cultural disability or impediment, or poverty.
