About the Scholarship
The Excelsior Scholarship Program is available for New York State residents who have an adjusted gross household income of $125,000 or less. Applicants must attend an undergraduate program at a SUNY or CUNY college and must enroll full time. Application requirements for the Excelsior Scholarship Program are:Application form

Must be a high school graduate pursuing an undergraduate degree. Must reside in and work in the state of New York. Must enroll full time. Must attend a SUNY or CUNY college, or Alfred University, or Cornell University.
