About the Scholarship

This scholarship is available for undergraduate and graduate students who are long-time residents of the Hamakua Coast on the island of Hawai'i and plan to attend a college or vocational school on the island of Hawai'i. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a long-time resident of the Hamakua Coast on the island of Hawai'i. Preference will be given to Honoka'a High School graduates. Must plan to attend a college or vocational school on the island of Hawai'i. Must demonstrate academic achievement with a grade point average of 2.7 or higher. Must plan to attend an accredited two- or four-year college or university as a full-time student (12 credits per semester for undergraduate; 9 credits per semester for graduate).
