Eligibility Criteria
Must be a licensed radio amateur with a general class license or higher. Must major in electronics, communications, or related field. Must attend a college/university located in the FCC Fifth Call District area (TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, NM). Must be a resident of the FCC Fifth Call District area (TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, NM). Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher. This award is for international and U.S. students.
