Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must be a resident of Delaware. Must be active in community service. Must enroll as an undergraduate student in the fall of the year in which the scholarships are awarded. Must enroll full time. Must be attending or planning to attend one of the following institutions: University of Delaware, Delaware Technical & Community College, Goldey-Beacom College, Wesley College, Delaware State University, or Lincoln University.
