Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must intend to make music performance or teaching a central part of his/her future life. Must be a singer. Must enroll full time at an accredited college or university. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a graduating high school senior or a current freshman in college at time of application.
