Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a full-time student enrolled in a medical school or health career program at an accredited institution. Must be a resident of the Portage, Wisconsin area. Must be planning to specialize in pulmonary medicine or in general family practice. Must be currently enrolled in his/her second year of a medical school program.
