About the Scholarship

This scholarship is available for U.S. high school seniors residing in Hillsborough County, Florida who demonstrate an ability to overcome bad decisions and/or troubled situations. Eligibility Criteria

Must reside in Hillsborough County, Florida. Must be a high school senior at the time of application. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. This award is for U.S. students.
