Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a resident of Greene County, Arkansas. Must have a low income at or near poverty level. Must be responsible for the care of minor children. Must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher if in school at time of application. Must be single, legally separated, divorced or widowed. Must be the head of the household.
