Eligibility Criteria
This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be a resident of Oregon OR Clark County, WA. Must be gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender (GLBT), OR the child of a GLBT parent. Must be accepted for enrollment in an educational program beyond the secondary level at a community college, college, university or other accredited technical school or institution which has an established non-discrimination policy that includes sexual and gender minority groups.
