This award is for students who were in the foster care system in San Diego, California. Students must be between 17 and 23 years of age, and have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher. Must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher. Must enroll full time in at least 12 units of course work. Must be between the ages of 17 and 23.
