Eligibility Criteria
This award is for international and U.S. students. Must intend to enroll in a recognized university program (according to his/her country or region). Must intend to enroll in an undergraduate degree program in petroleum engineering. Recipients are typically in the top three percent in class ranking. Recipients are typically in the top three percent in standardized test scores. Must comply with the SPE sanction policy, which states that scholarships cannot be awarded to students in countries sanctioned by the U.S. and E.U. because there are persons involved in providing these services who may be prohibited by U.S. or E.U. laws.
