Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must demonstrate academic achievement with a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Must be a resident of Hawaii. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must plan to attend an accredited college or university in the United States as a full-time student (nine credits per semester for graduate).
