Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must be an incoming or current undergraduate student. Must enroll on a half-time (six credits per term) basis or higher. Must reside in Windham County, Vermont. Preference will be given to residents of Rockingham, Westminster, Athens, and Grafton, in that order.
