Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a high school senior at time of application. Must be a resident of West Virginia. Must be a full-time student (12 credit hours or more). Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Must attend a college or university in West Virginia. Must be a graduating senior from Lincoln County High School in West Virginia.
