Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must reside in Windham County, Vermont. Preference is given to residents of Bellows Falls, Brattleboro, Dummerston, Guilford, Newfane, and Putney. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must have already received a four-year undergraduate degree and be enrolled in graduate or professional-level coursework.
