About the Scholarship
This scholarship is available for African American residents of Maryland who have a grade point average of 2.8 or higher. Must be African American. Must be an undergraduate or graduate student at the time of application. Must be a resident of Maryland. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
