Eligibility Criteria
This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be a high school senior or older to apply for this undergraduate and graduate award. Must possess an active technical class or higher amateur radio license. The student must be able to provide at least one QLSL card receieved within the past 12 months. Must reside in the ARRL Delta Division area (Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee).
