This scholarship is open to international and U.S. students who are licensed radio amateurs. Students must reside in the ARRL Atlantic Division (DE, MD, PA, Southern NJ, Western NY), the Roanoke Division (NC, SC, VA, WV), the Southeastern Division (AL, FL, GA), or Washington, D.C. Eligibility Criteria
