About the Scholarship

This award is for U.S. high school seniors who are residents of South Carolina. The student must have lost one or both parents by death, and must have financial need and a satisfactory scholastic record. Application requirements for the James F. Eligibility Criteria

Must be a resident of South Carolina. Must have lost one or both parents by death. Must be a high school senior at time of application and plan to pursue a bachelor's degree at an accredited four-year college or university as a freshman. The award cannot be used at technical schools nor for associate's degrees. This award is for U.S. students.
