Eligibility Criteria
Must be a high school senior or recent high school graduate at the time of application. Must have a grade point average between 2.25 and 2.5. Must be a graduate of a high school in Duval County, Florida. This award is for U.S. students. Must be enrolled or planning to enroll at Florida State College at Jacksonville.
