About the Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors from Sussex County (DE) high schools who plan to attend an accredited Delaware institution. Students must have a low to moderate income and be active in community service. Application requirements for the J.D. O’Connor Scholarship are:Application form Test scores Tax return FAFSA Essays (2) Recommendation letter
Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must be a graduating high school senior. Must be a resident of Delaware. Must be graduating from a Sussex County high school. Must plan to attend an accredited Delaware institution. Must enroll as a full-time undergraduate student in the fall of the year in which the scholarships are awarded.
