Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must be an incoming or current undergraduate student. Students may be pursuing a certificate or degree. Must enroll on a three-quarter (nine credits) basis or higher. Must reside in Essex or Orleans counties in Vermont.
