Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be accepted to or enrolled at an accredited college or university in the United States. Must be a resident of Oregon or an eligible southwest Clark County, Washington for at least one year prior to submitting an application. Must be lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgendered (LGBT), or the child of a LGBT parent, or actively involved in LGBT causes.
