Eligibility Criteria
Must self-identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender. Must have been a resident of Oregon for at least one year before applying for the scholarship. Must be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited educational program which has an established non-discrimination policy that includes sexual and gender minority groups.
