Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must plan to study or be studying cosmetology (this includes barber schools). Esthetician and nail training students are not eligible. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be actively enrolled or planning to enroll in an eligible program no later than August.
