About the Scholarship

This scholarship is open to graduate students and Ph.D. candidates who are enrolled in the field of transportation or related studies with interest in leadership in transportation and a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Students must have demonstrated leadership skills, an active commitment to community service and diversity, and a demonstrated commitment to COMTO on a local or national level. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident. Must be a graduate student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university or a Ph.D. candidate. Must be a former CITY intern or scholar and have a demonstrated commitment to COMTO on a local or national level. Must be enrolled in the field of transportation or related studies with interest in leadership in transportation. Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
