This award is available for U.S. high school seniors who are residents of Kanawha County, West Virginia and demonstrate outstanding community service. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a high school senior at time of application. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Must be a full-time student (minimum of 12 credit hours).
