Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must either be a resident of Kalihi-Palama, HI, with one of the following zip codes: 96817 or 96819. Must demonstrate academic achievement with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must plan to attend an accredited two- or four-year college or university as a full-time student (12 credits per semester for undergraduate; 9 credits per semester for graduate).
