About the Scholarship

This award is for U.S. students who are members of a Kansas Air/Army National Guard unit and planning to attend a postsecondary institution in Kansas. Students must have a GED or high school diploma to qualify for this assistance, and cannot already have a bachelor's degree. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be enlisted in the Kansas Air/Army National Guard. The student must be a non-commissioned officer who has less than 20 years of service. Must attend one of the following: an accredited independent college or university located in Kansas; a Kansas state university; Washburn University; a Kansas community college; or a Kansas state technical college. Must have a GED or high school diploma AND must not have already obtained a bachelor's degree.
