About the Scholarship

APCF was founded in 1990 by API community leaders in response to the need for alternative funding for Los Angeles-based nonprofit organizations serving API communities. Since 2011, APCF has partnered with donors such as local companies and family foundations to offer scholarship programs to financially assist students in their pursuit of higher education. Eligibility Criteria

Must be blood descendants of Hmong race or ethnically identified as Hmong American (with citizenship or as a permanent resident) Must be residents of California counties of Los Angeles or Orange Must plan to attend a U.S. Accredited 4-Year College/University or a Community College and will be enrolled as a freshman Must have a minimum cumulative unweighted high school GPA of 2.8In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:Sign Up To View
