Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of North Dakota. Must not be older than the age of 21. Must plan to enroll in a North Dakota college or university. Must be a current or former 4-H member. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a high school senior or be accepted or enrolled as a freshman at an accredited college or university.
