This award is for international and U.S. students. Must be female. Must be a resident of one of the following countries or territories: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guam, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Phillipines, Taiwan, the United States of America (including Puerto Rico), or Venezuela. Must provide the primary financial support for her family.
