About the Scholarship

U.S. women who have earned 15 or more credit hours toward a bachelor's degree with a 3.25 grade point average are eligible for this award. Students must be residents of Dauphin or Cumberland counties in Pennsylvania and must attend a Pennsylvania institution. Application requirements for the Martha M. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must be a female. Must attend an accredited college or university in Pennsylvania. Must be a resident of Dauphin or Cumberland counties in Pennsylvania. Must have a grade point average of 3.25 or higher. Must complete 15 or more credits toward an undergraduate degree by the end of the spring term of the current year.
