Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident. Must be a North Carolina resident for at least one year prior to making application, unless he/she is a blood relative of Mrs. Fawn Watson OR he/she or either of his/her parents has been or presently are members of the Oak Dale Baptist Church, White Pond Baptist Church, or the Five Fork Baptist Church, all of the Robeson Baptist Association. Must be accepted in a degree program at any institution of higher education. Must enroll full time.
