Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must enroll in a licensed practical nursing (LPN) program. Must be accepted to or enrolled in a school of nursing in the State of Virginia which is approved by the State Board of Nursing. Must have been a resident of Virginia for a minimum of one year before applying for this award. Must be a U.S. citizen, national, hold an immigration visa, or classified as a political refugee. Persons with a temporary or student visa are not eligible. Must be an incoming or current undergraduate student. Undergraduate is defined, for purposes of this award, as enrollment in a program leading to a diploma, an associate's degree, or baccalaureate degree.
