This award is available to Maryland high school seniors who will complete a college prepatory program and are planning to attend college an eligible college or university in Maryland. Eligibility Criteria
Must be a resident of and have parents who are residents of Maryland. This award is for U.S. students. Must graduate from a Maryland high school. Must have a cumulative, unweighted grade point average 2.5 or higher and complete a college preparatory program. Must plan to attend a Maryland two- or four-year college or university. Must plan to enroll full time. Must demonstrate financial need. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
