Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Students with permanent residence status are not eligible. Must be ranked in upper quarter of graduating class at the end of the first semester of senior year. Must have an SAT score of 950 or higher OR have an ACT score of 19 or higher. Must be enrolled or plan to enroll in a college or university in the state of Texas. Must be a student in a district within the following counties in Texas: Harris, Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Liberty, Montgomery or Waller.
