About the Scholarship

This award is for current U.S. high school seniors who attends school and lives in one of the following counties in North Carolina: Mecklenburg, Gaston, Catawba, Union, Cabarrus, Cleveland, Lincoln, Rowan, Caldwell, Stanly, Iredell, Alexander, Burke, Robeson, Scotland, Richmond, Anson, Cumberland or one of the following counties in South Carolina: York, Lancaster, Chesterfield, Marlboro, Dillon. Students must also be accepted for full-time enrollment or planning to pursue a degree at an accredited four-year college or university and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Application requirements for the Michael A. DeMayo Scholarship are:Application form Official Transcript (2) Recommendation letter Presentation Photo SAT/ACT scores
