Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a high school senior or older for this undergraduate and graduate award. Must be a resident of Fayette County, West Virginia or be a high school graduate from Fayette County, West Virginia. Must be a full-time student (12 credit hours or more).
