Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a member, or the spouse or child of a member, of the U.S. Armed Forces or commissioned officer in the U.S. Public Health Service. Must attend or plan to attend a Texas public college or university. Must be a high school senior or current college student.
