This award is available to Minnesota undergraduate students who are enrolled at an eligible postsecondary institution in Minnesota. Eligibility Criteria

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of Minnesota. Must be enrolled at an eligible Minnesota college or university. A list of participating institutions is available online at www.ohe.state.mn.us/sPages/stateGrantSchools.cfm. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must be a high school graduate or the equivalent OR be 17 years of age or older. Must plan to be enrolled as an undergraduate student.
