About the Scholarship
This program is open to Minnesota undergraduate and graduate students who are planning to attend a public college or university in South Dakota. The program allows students to pay a reduced tuition rate. Application requirements for the Minnesota/South Dakota Reciprocity Agreement are:Application form
Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be an incoming or current undergraduate or graduate student. Must be a resident of Minnesota.
