About the Scholarship

This program is open to Minnesota undergraduate and graduate students who are planning to attend a public college or university in Wisconsin. The student must be enrolled in an eligible program to qualify, and will pay a reduced tuition rate. Application requirements for the Minnesota/Wisconsin Reciprocity Agreement are:Application form

This award is for U.S. students. Must be a resident of Minnesota. Must plan to attend an eligible Wisconsin public college or university.
