Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be resident of Illinois. Must be a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen. Must be enrolled in a minimum of three credit hours per term. Must be a graduating high school senior or older and have not yet earned a bachelor's degree. Must enroll in a degree or certificate program at an approved Illinois college.
