This scholarship is available to a student who is entering North Carolina State University as a full-time freshman. Eligibility Criteria
This award is for U.S. students. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must plan to attend North Carolina State University. Must plan to enroll full time. Must demonstrate the following characteristics: leadership experience and potential, personal character and integrity, community service, and academic eligibility.
